- Automatically:device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate region — used to keep the service working and measure what’s useful.
- We never ask for: bank account numbers, card details, passwords, or government ID numbers through this site. Do not send them to us by form or chat.
3. How we use it
- To match you with relevant PMS, AIF and GIFT City strategies.
- To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
- To improve Nyra’s answers and the platform experience.
- To meet record-keeping obligations applicable to distributors.
6. How we protect it
We apply administrative and technical safeguards aligned with recognised standards to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.
7. How long we keep it
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable record-keeping rules, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Write to the grievance contact below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
9. NRI & cross-border data
If you engage with us as a non-resident, the data you share may be processed in India. We handle it under this policy regardless of where you are based.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
