1. Acceptance
By using this site, the Nyra AI advisor, or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. The service is operated by Nyra Capital Partners Consultancy Pvt Limited.
2. What we are — and are not
We are an APMI-registered distributor (APRN08358) of PMS, AIF and GIFT City products. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Nothing on this platform is personalised investment advice under the SEBI Investment Advisers Regulations.
3. The Nyra tool
Nyra is an AI-powered analytical tool. Its output is structural and informational — comparisons, factsheet signals and shortlists — and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always verify with the source documents and your own judgement.
4. Eligibility
PMS and AIF products carry statutory minimum investment thresholds and suitability requirements. By engaging with us you confirm you meet the applicable eligibility criteria for the products you enquire about.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when you request a shortlist or call.
- Read the disclosure and offer documents before you invest.
- Make your own assessment of suitability, or consult a registered adviser.
- Do not share passwords, card or bank details through this platform.
6. Third-party managers & data
Performance figures, factsheets and fund terms originate with the respective portfolio managers and fund houses. We present them in good faith but do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish material without permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses or for decisions you make using information on this platform. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties.
9. Market risk
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future performance. Concentrated PMS and AIF strategies can be more volatile than diversified funds.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
